Is the Bender Squad Collection a pre-order?

Yes. The Bender Squad Collection is a pre-order-only drop. We will only produce the items based on the orders received during the pre-order period.

When does the pre-order open?

The Bender Squad Collection opens:

Friday 14 August at 7:00 PM NZST

When does the pre-order close?

The pre-order closes:

Friday 28 August at 7:00 PM NZST

Once the website closes, orders can no longer be placed for this drop.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 4–6 weeks after the pre-order closes for your order to arrive.

The collection is produced after the pre-order period ends, so orders are not shipped immediately after purchase.

Why does it take 4–6 weeks?

Because this is a pre-order collection, we first collect all orders before production begins. This allows us to produce the quantities ordered specifically for the drop.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Can I order multiple items?

Yes. You can purchase multiple pieces from the Bender Squad Collection in the same order, subject to availability during the pre-order period.

What happens after the pre-order closes?

Once the pre-order closes on 28 August at 7:00 PM NZST, we send the final order quantities into production. Your order will then be made, prepared and shipped.

Can I still order after the website closes?

No. Once the pre-order closes, the collection will no longer be available to order through the website.
