Shipping Policy

1. Pre-Order Processing

The Bender Squad Collection is a pre-order-only collection.

Pre-orders open Friday 14 August at 7:00 PM NZST and close Friday 28 August at 7:00 PM NZST.

Orders will not be shipped immediately after purchase. Once the pre-order closes, all orders will be sent into production.

2. Production & Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 4–6 weeks after the pre-order closes for your order to be produced, prepared and delivered.

This means the estimated delivery timeframe begins from Friday 28 August, when the pre-order closes.

Please note that the 4–6 week timeframe is an estimate and unexpected production or shipping delays may occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Methods

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs and available delivery options may vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected.

4. New Zealand Shipping

We ship orders within New Zealand.

Your selected shipping option and applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please remember that the 4–6 week timeframe applies from the pre-order closing date, before your order enters the shipping stage.

5. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

International customers may also be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by their country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided to follow your order's progress with the relevant carrier.

7. Shipping & Production Delays

We aim to have all orders delivered within the estimated 4–6 week timeframe after the pre-order closes.

However, unforeseen circumstances such as production delays, shipping delays, customs processing, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide an update where possible.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.

2DABOTTOM is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided shipping address.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because the Bender Squad Collection is a pre-order, orders are placed specifically for the production run.

Please review your order, size, colour and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has commenced.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us so we can assist with resolving the issue.

Where required by New Zealand consumer law, your rights and remedies will apply. For example, New Zealand consumer law provides protections regarding products that are not delivered within an agreed timeframe or a reasonable timeframe.
